1. Check-In is from 15:00 & Check-Out by 11:002. No Smoking and no pets. The apartment, staircase, balcony, and enclosed patios is a non-smoking area.
3. Quiet hours from 22:00 till 8:00. Guests, who are not registered to live in the apartment, should leave before 22:00.

5. Cleanliness. As a respectful guest, please keep the apartment tidy.
6. Responsibilities. Guest is responsible for all the damage or loss that occurs to the property or its contents during the stay. Please inform the apartment’s administrator at the date of your arrival of any noticeable defects of the apartment. Full responsibility for the health, safety, good behavior of children under the age of 16 staying in the apartment and compliance with these rules is assumed by parents or accompanying adults. The apartment’s administrator is not responsible for the things left by guests.
